Last week, DOCUMENTA carried out another pilot training for the European In2C project "Integration of Third Country Nationals in the Construction Sector" at the Santander City Council Training and Employment Centre.
Eight people participated in this phase who were able to learn more about the In2C project, its online platform and the different applications created to improve and favour access to the job market in this Sector. In addition, as has been done previously, the participants received training on aspects of labour legislation, the labour market and Safety and Hygiene in the Construction Sector.
Once again, these training actions were a success, obtaining a very positive assessment from the participants, who have expanded their knowledge and learned about fundamental aspects to improve their labour market integration.

The European project In2C aims to integrate TCNs in the labour market and, more specifically, in the Construction Sector through an integral training based on new technologies, focusing mainly on the improvement of TCN’s competences regarding the host country’s language and those related to the Construction Sector, as well as the creation of networks among employers and TCNs.
