Last week, Documenta carried out a new pilot training for the In2C project "Integration of Third Country Nationals in the Construction Sector" for participants of the Torrelavega Red Cross Employment Program at the facilities of this entity (Local Assembly).
The group of participants learned about aspects of Labor Legislation and the labor market, Health and Safety, and the online tools designed through the In2C project to contribute to the improvement of labor insertion in this Sector.
On this occasion, the profiles of the TCNs (Third Country Nationals) participants were varied, but they all agreed on the usefulness of the materials offered by the In2C project, as well as the training to improve their integration into the world of work, showing great interest in all the topics covered.
The European project In2C aims to integrate TCNs in the labour market and, more specifically, in the Construction Sector through an integral training based on new technologies, focusing mainly on the improvement of TCN’s competences regarding the host country’s language and those related to the Construction Sector, as well as the creation of networks among employers and TCNs.
